Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing ABD Diamonds. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that your experience with us is positive. Please read the following cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 10 days of purchase for a full refund.
Refund Timeline: Once your cancellation request is received, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Services: If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date of the service. Cancellations made within this timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Products: Orders for physical products can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on returning products.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, refunds for canceled subscriptions will not be issued for the remaining unused portion of the subscription period.
Refund Policy:
Services: Refunds for services may be issued under certain circumstances, such as:
1. Service cancellation within the specified timeframe.
2. Failure to deliver the service as promised by ABD Diamonds.
3. Other extenuating circumstances deemed eligible for a refund by ABD Diamonds.
Products : Refunds for products may be issued under the following conditions:
The product is returned in its original condition within 30 of purchase.
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
The wrong product was shipped.
Subscriptions :
Refunds for subscriptions will not be issued for the remaining unused portion of the subscription period after cancellation. However, if you believe you are entitled to a refund due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation.
